Sv. Konstantin i Elena-Varna. The track will be found in the track list, and tickets can be purchased online.

  As such, if you make a return trip reservation on the route Iasi – Bucharest, immediately after you gather 10 Massaro tickets, and the return trip value is 140 lei, then we will eliminate from the total amount (140 lei), the value of one way ticket - that is 70 lei. Consequently, you will only pay 70 lei for the return trip on the route Iasi – Bucharest.

  For the www.massaro.ro users, after they fulfill all granting conditions for the offer, the system signals in the second step, after the user selects the departure hours, if the user will receive the current offer.

+ Categories of people that benefit from travel discounts

1.     On the routes Iaşi-Bucureşti and back, as well as Bacau-Bucuresti and back all students have a discount, based on the student card, endorsed for the current academic year.

2.      Pensioners receive a 50% discount from the price of the travel ticket, based on coupons issued to beneficiaries under the Law no. 147/2000. These coupons are valid only if they are accompanied by ID or ID card of the beneficiary.

3.     Our company accepts special free travel tickets issued by DGASPC IAŞI, respectively BACĂU for the transportation of disabled persons, their companions, or their personal assistants (under the Law 448/2006). The companion of the disabled cannot travel without the disabled person. The personal assistant can travel without the disabled person and will identify himself/herself by making use of the identification card of the disabled person (the identification card presents a picture of the personal assistant on the last page), as well as his/her personal ID card.

+ Card payment

massaro trans offers all bank card holders the option to purchase tickets online. The offer applies only to maSSaro Trans Iasi and maSSaro Bacau agencies. We accept the following bank cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro.

+ Card AVANTAJ payment

You can buy your ticket online and pay in three equal installments, using one of the following possibilities:
    - avantaj card issued by Credit Europe Bank
    - card issued by Alpha Bank
    - star BT issued by Banca Transilvania
    - card issued by BRD

+ General conditions of transportation

1.     The ticket represents a transportation contract between SC MASSARO TRANS and the passenger. The ticket is being issued when full payment of the travel is made. .

2.     The ticket holder acknowledges and accepts all “General conditions of transportation” as presented below.

3.     The ticket price may be changed without notice, but may not be changed after its acquittal.

4.      Massaro Trans is entitled to refuse transportation if:
-The ticket hasn’t been fully paid by the client.
-Discounts applied are not justified.
-Client is in a drinking condition.
-Client manifests aggressive behavior towards SC MASSARO TRANS employees or towards other passengers.

5.     SC MASSARO TRANS SRL is not responsible for delays caused by:
-Unforeseen traffic related events.
-Various checks conducted by competent authorities (Traffic Police, Romanian Road Authority, Financial Guard, Romanian Auto Registry, etc.)
-Difficult traffic conditions

6.     Passengers' luggage transport is made without charging any fees as follows
- free transport is allowed for 1 luggage per person, within limit of 30 kg, the luggage is to be registered and deposited in the luggage compartment or in the vehicle's trailer attachment, and for one carry-on luggage with the weight limit of 5 kg (containing strictly necessary goods for the trip, or medication) in the vehicle;
- in case the passenger has 2 or more pieces of luggage, they will be transported within available space in the hold.

7.     Passengers are required to verify the date and time of departure written on the ticket (purchased over the counter or online) at the moment of the acquisition. Any subsequent complaint will not be considered.

+ Transport Regulation

1.     Return travel tickets that we apply a discount are valid 90 days and have departure and return dates fixed. The traveler obtains a single discount (discounts are not cumulated). By renouncing to one of the segments of a round trip, the entire discount is being canceled. If the traveler wants to renounce to one of the segments of a round trip (to or back), the amount refunded represents the difference between the total amount paid and the price of a full ticket on the respective segment (we will not refund half of the amount paid). Biletele de călătorie cu reducere "dus-întors" sunt valabile 90 zile cu date de plecare şi retur fixe. Călătorul beneficiază de o singură reducere (nu se cumulează 2 oferte). Renunţarea la unul din segmentele unei călătorii dus-întors duce la anularea reducerii acordate. În cazul în care călătorul doreşte renunţarea la unul din segmentele unei călătorii dus-întors (dus sau întors), suma restituită este diferenţa dintre suma achitată şi preţul unui bilet întreg pe segmentul respectiv (nu se restituie jumatate din suma platită). Exemplu: Ofertă bilet dus-întors Iaşi-Bucureşti 140 Ron. Renunţarea la un segment duce la returnarea sumei de 60 Ron (= 140 Ron(preţ achitat-ofertă promoţionala)- 80 Ron(preţ bilet întreg/segment)).

2.     Changes to the dates and time of departure travels can be made with at least 24 hours before departing and the passengers are admitted only one reprogramming for the canceled travel. After reprogramming, the amount paid for the ticket will not be refund.

3.     If the client will not be present on board, on the due date and time of departure, the ticket will be canceled.

4.     Lost or stolen tickets are not refunded or replaced and the client must buy a new valid ticket.

5.     Passengers must present themselves for boarding with at least 15 minutes before the departure time.

6.     Passengers must comply to travel breaks, when on the route.

7.     It’s strictly prohibited the use of food and alcoholic beverages, as well as smoking, within maSSaro transportation.

8.     It’s not permitted the use of radio, cassette players, musical instruments or other sources of noise that can cause driver distress or other passengers’ discomfort.

9.     Pets are prohibited on board and if owners ensure special cages for them, they will be deposited in the luggage carrier of the transportation.

10.     The ticket must be presented to MASSARO TRANS employees each time a passenger boards. Massaro Trans is entitled to refuse carriage of any passenger who is not in possession of his/her ticket, even if the passenger makes the evidence of payment based on other documents.

11.     When paying online ticketing by means of the online system PayU, Massaro cannot do more than a partial refund.

12.     The sole responsibility for the hand baggage carried is being taken by the passenger. The passenger has an obligation to supervise his personal belongings, money, jewelry, his phone, camera, video recorder, computer or other valuables, throughout the journey.

13.     The whole responsibility for theft, loss or damage applied to personal baggages carried in the hold, other than hand baggage, is being taken by SC MASSARO TRANS SRL only if theft, loss or damage are caused by the willful negligence of the bus crew, which will be proven by the plaintiff. Compensation in such cases is within the amount of 450 RON.

14.     Passengers are obliged to submit any claim related to theft, loss or damage of their luggage, immediately after they arrive at their destination, to the delegated crew. Any subsequent complaint will NOT be considered.
