General terms

Terms and conditions of use for the website www.massaro.ro (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions") set the conditions under which any person may visit or access www.massaro.ro site (hereinafter "Site "and / or" Massaro.ro ") or may use in any way the services offered through the Site (hereinafter" Services Massaro.ro ") and has the value of an agreement concluded between Massaro Trans (hereinafter “Massaro Trans”), in its capacity as owner and administrator of the Site and that of provider of the Massaro Services and any person visiting or accessing the Site or who wishes to use in any way or actually uses Massaro Services (hereinafter "User").

Not accepting these Terms and Conditions or any other provision triggers the obligation of that person to stop accessing the Site and further accessing or visiting the Site, or any pages contained therein and / or using the Massaro Services and any of its components constitute a full and unconditional acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and any provision derived from them.

Note on personal data protection

According to Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and the Law. 506/2004 regarding the processing of personal data and privacy in the electronic communications sector, Massaro Trans will manage safely and only for specified purposes, personal data provided by users. Users are informed that all personal data provided by them are processed in order to provide optimal conditions of the internet services offered by Massaro Trans, of marketing and advertising services and statistical services as well.

Users may opt to provide some personal data in order to create a valid account and benefit from the services offered by Massaro Trans. Users understand and agree that the deletion of their personal data will be followed by deletion of the account from the system and they will be unable to access Massaro Trans Services. In order to exercise these rights users can submit a written application with their inquiry, which will be sent by mail to Mangalia, str. Matei Basarab, bl.T1, sc.B, ap. 21. jud Constanta, with the subject "For Massaro Trans team", or by e-mail at the address massaro@massaro.ro.

Materials and information accessible via the Site

The entire content, design, graphical elements of the Site, including but not limited to, all text content and technical sources of all present and future services and facilities, unless expressly stated another owner, the sources page and any other material transmitted in any form by and / or to users (by direct visualization on the website, through newsletters etc.) belong to Massaro Trans and constitute Content of the Site. Content of the Site, regardless of the page occupied in the Site and regardless of type, can be used exclusively for personal purposes by displaying it on the screen of a personal computer or other electronic device that displays a web page and / or by printing / downloading it, for personal and noncommercial use, of certain documents or information expressly designated, provided keeping unchanged all the elements that relate to intellectual property rights, other proprietary rights and conditions of use of the all respective documents or information.

Any use of the Content of the Site by third parties, for purposes other than personal can be made only with the written, express and prior agreement of Massaro Trans and only under conditions established exclusively by Massaro Trans. Thus it is prohibited to copy, download, reproduce, publish, transmit, sale, partial, full or modified distribution, made on a website or in any other part, of the Site Content or any of its parts, completed for reasons other than personal and noncommercial use.

Massaro Trans reserves the right to sue any person and / or entity that in any way violate the above mentioned provisions.

Everyone who sends by any means information or materials to the Site undertakes the obligation not to prejudice in any way the copyright and any other intellectual property rights that a third party could invoke regarding materials and information submitted in any way to the Site, and users who send by any means information or materials understand and accept that breaching this obligation can not in any way engage the responsibility of Massaro Trans, but only the responsibility of those users.

Massaro Trans does not claim ownership rights over materials that users provide or post on the Site. By transmitting such material, users agree to grant Massaro Trans permission to use materials including to copy, distribute, transmit, publish, reproduce, modify and translate them, to mention their names in connection with the materials they have submitted and also grant Massaro Trans the right to assign these rights to any of its partners. There is not to be pretended, nor granted any compensation for use of the material in the manner shown above.

Dreptul proprietarului

Massaro Trans reserves the right to change the website content and Site format of www.massaro.ro at any time without being limited spatial or temporal, by any means, and has the right to discontinue or restrict temporarily or permanently, without prior notice, all services available to users through the website.

Limitarea răspunderii

Massaro Trans assumes no obligation and does not guarantee either express or implied, for the contents of the Site, the content provided by its partners or users of the Site. Massaro Trans will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and confidence in the Site and will try to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible. However, Massaro Trans is not responsible for inaccuracies, errors or omissions in the information provided by Massaro Trans trading partners and / or by users, as well as for the correctness and accuracy of such information.

Explicitly, users of the Site agree to indemnify Massaro Trans any judicial or extrajudicial action that comes as a result of misuse or abuse of the Site. For the case of force majeure, Massaro Trans and / or operators, directors, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates and its representatives are totally exempt from liability. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, malfunctioning of technical equipment of Massaro Trans, lack of internet connection, malfunctioning of telephone connections, computer viruses, unauthorized access to the Site's systems, operation errors, strike and so on.

Users agree to protect and ensure Massaro Trans and / or operators, directors, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates and its representatives from and against any claims, demands, actions, charges, losses, damages, costs (including without any kind of limitation, attorneys' fees), expenses, decisions, fines, regulations or other obligations arising or related to any action of the user that relates to the use of Massaro Services or any other aspect related to Massaro.ro Services.

Changes in Terms and Conditions

Massaro Trans has the right to change at any time any provision of the present Terms and Conditions or the present Terms and Conditions in full, without prior notice and without being required to meet any other formality to Users. Any change is considered fully and unconditionally accepted by users of the Site provided they use or access any of the services offered by the Site and by Massaro.ro Services or by accessing the Site, at any time after performing the change and rejection of any of the subsequent change triggers the requirement that User immediately cease accessing the Site and / or any use of the Massaro.ro Services.

Safety Regulations

Are STRICTLY PROHIBITED:

• Deleting or modifying Site materials and/or Site information
• Trying to affect the operation of hosting servers

Applicable law. Litigation

All rights and obligations of users that visit the Site and those of Massaro Trans, provided by the present Terms and Conditions, as well as all legal effects produced by these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the Romanian law in force. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be settled amicably. If unable to reach agreement, the dispute shall be settled by the competent Romanian court in the territorial area of MANGALIA.
